Through the partnership, REALM members will serve as expert voices across KeyCrew Media’s editorial network, sharing firsthand perspectives on luxury real estate, global markets, lifestyle, wealth and the forces shaping where—and how—the world’s most discerning clients live and invest.

Turning Expertise Into Influence

REALM was built around the belief that the most accomplished luxury real estate professionals offer far more than transactional expertise. They understand their markets at a level few others do—how wealth is moving, how buyer priorities are evolving and how lifestyle, culture and investment intersect with real estate.

The partnership with KeyCrew creates a new platform for that intelligence.

KeyCrew’s editorial team will work with REALM members to develop high-end lifestyle and real estate editorial informed by their market expertise. That content will be distributed through KeyCrew’s portfolio, led by Leading Estates of the World, as well as through a broader network of publications, portals and AI platforms.

The collaboration expands KeyCrew’s roster to more than 2,500 expert sources across hundreds of markets worldwide while creating new opportunities for REALM advisors to establish themselves as authoritative voices within the markets and specialties they know best.

A Global Platform for REALM Members

For REALM members, the partnership represents more than media exposure. It creates an infrastructure for transforming local knowledge and professional experience into meaningful editorial visibility.

“Julie Faupel and the team at REALM have curated something special, an invitation-only collective of elite advisors representing the top 1% of this profession across 21 countries,” said Steve Marcinuk, Co-Founder and CEO of KeyCrew. “Our editorial model has always been expert-first, and amplifying the thought leadership of advisors at that level to an open, non-paywalled audience of decision-makers is exactly what this partnership does.”

“What impressed us from our first conversation was KeyCrew’s leadership team and the way they work, including a genuine respect for what our advisors know,” said Julie Faupel, Founder and CEO of REALM. “We are delighted to provide our members with a dedicated platform to amplify that knowledge to the audience it deserves.”

That amplification has already begun. KeyCrew has published editorial featuring REALM members and insights from markets including Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Litchfield County, Connecticut, as well as coverage of REALM research surrounding generational wealth transfer. Upcoming editorial is expected to explore REALM’s international membership and provide a global buyers’ guide.
