From Data to Direction: REALM Intelligence, Powered by Scoop

REALM has introduced REALM Intelligence, powered by Scoop, a personalized monthly report that tells each member where the opportunity is in their own market, and what to do about it.

REALM Intelligence

“A report telling an advisor their market softened last quarter is not intelligence. Telling them where the opportunity is in their market this quarter, and what to do about it, is. There is $127 trillion moving between generations right now, and trillions more being created outright in a handful of markets. Our members should not have to go looking for it.”

Julie Faupel
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of REALM

Intelligence Built Around the Advisor

Each month, REALM members receive an individualized report that begins with their own business and market. The analysis tracks factors including inventory, pricing, absorption and days on market within the segments an advisor actually serves. It also compares local conditions and individual production against the broader REALM network, helping members distinguish between a localized shift and a larger market trend.

From there, the intelligence expands beyond traditional real estate data. REALM Intelligence evaluates economic activity influencing the ultra-high-net-worth market, including liquidity events, executive moves and corporate relocations. Drawing from public filings and REALM’s wealth data, these signals are mapped back to an advisor’s territory and connected, where relevant, to relationships already within the REALM network.

Turning Information Into Action

A change in inventory, a significant liquidity event or the movement of wealth into a market may be visible in the data long before it becomes obvious in day-to-day business. REALM Intelligence is built to identify those signals earlier and translate them into context an advisor can use.

As REALM Founder and CEO Julie Faupel explains, the industry does not need more dashboards—it needs answers. With an estimated $127 trillion moving between generations and significant new wealth being created in concentrated markets, the opportunity is substantial. The challenge is identifying what is relevant to each advisor and their clients.

Technology Informed by Human Expertise

The platform was developed in collaboration with Scoop and a pilot group of REALM advisors who reviewed releases and helped determine which insights were useful, which were noise and how the resulting guidance should be framed.

That member feedback became part of the intelligence itself. Within two months, the collaboration evolved from an initial draft into individualized monthly reports for hundreds of advisors, incorporating best practices defined by the network.

This approach reflects a core REALM philosophy: technology is most powerful when it amplifies the knowledge, relationships and judgment of exceptional advisors rather than attempting to replace them.

The Next Evolution of REALM Intelligence

REALM Intelligence extends REALM’s broader investment in original research, technology and wealth intelligence by bringing those capabilities directly into each member’s business. For a global network of approximately 600 luxury real estate advisors spanning 23 countries, more than 40 U.S. states and over 150 brokerage brands, that creates something uniquely powerful: intelligence informed not by a single brokerage, market or data source, but by the perspective and connectivity of an international network.
