Today at Los Cedros Ranch, Grant Golliher offered The Collective something rarer still. The Horse as Mirror.
A live leadership demonstration in the Arizona desert, where the horses read energy, not credentials. Where presence mattered more than production volume. Where the round pen became the most honest room any of us had stood in all week.
The Collective returned to the Fairmont changed.
Tonight, the Crown Awards Gala…
A Sunset Soiree.
Tablescapes that glowed with candlelight. A room dressed in its finest. Each Crown Award recipient stepping forward to be recognized for the legacy they are actively building. Legacy comes to light.

Two keynotes. One living manifesto. A dine-around through the finest restaurants in Scottsdale.
Brian Solis took the stage at Palomino 1-5 this morning and asked us to examine the intersection of artificial intelligence and the irreplaceable human… the judgment, the instinct, the presence that no algorithm will ever replicate.
Abigail Posner walked to the podium and reframed everything. Expansiveness, she said, is not a luxury. In this era, it is a survival strategy.
The Collective drafted the REALM Manifesto together.
Leadership sessions filled the afternoon with the kind of peer-to-peer wisdom that only exists when the best people in an industry are willing to be honest with each other.
Tonight at Scottsdale Fashion Square, the Collective dressed up and celebrated golden hour the way this industry deserves to celebrate it.
